DETAILEDINFORMATION
ENGINE:
THIS ENGINE is barely broken in due to low original miles, see maintenance record below for recent work performed.
FIBERGLASS SHELL:
the ONE PIECE FIBERGLASS SHELL is a huge bonus.
This “seamless” fiberglass body is virtually indestructible, and provides a “leak-proof” rooftop. This is important as it eliminates the risk of leaking.
18’ LENGTH:
The 18 FOOT motorhomes are rare and in high demand because they are easy to maneuver like a car and can park in any regular parking place.
6 LUG AXILE
(upgraded by Toyota. Previous 5 lug axles were inadequate.)
RECORDS:
Normally buyers of vintage Toyota Motorhomes take a risk when purchasing because of the lack of information regarding history and maintenance. This vehicle has all records since it came from Japan in 1983, including the Hilux Owner’s and Sunrader Owner’s Manuals, plus the Shop Manual! Plus organized files of all interior appliances.
2021 MOTOR MAINTENANCE

DIFFERENTIAL LOCK:
A locking differential (diff lock) will give this vehicle the boost it needs when caught in tricky, off road situations. The diff lock will enable you to traverse difficult terrains with ease. (Cost: 90)

SPECIAL INTERIOR
REAR DINETTE-
the rear dinette/sitting/sleeping area with wrap around expansive windows on three sides is a popular feature of this RV as it brings the outdoors into the inside.
INTERIOR DECORATIONS:
all windows have new quality cotton handmade curtains with decorative ties. The curtains compliment the new wallpaper behind the stove and sink AND the face covering on the refrigerator.
CLEAN INTERIOR
: the RV has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (natural cleaning, no chemicals).
COMMENTS:
Although
this motorhome is in excellent condition, however, it is not new: the technician stated that the oven needs anew gas control valve. Most small RV’s are not equipped with ovens because stovetop burners and small microwaves are more energy-efficient to utilize. * The technician also said that the heater needs a new igniter. In order to avoid recalling the technician for a repair, and in order to expedite the sale; we will give the buyer a 0 credit to cover the cost. *The rear Sony sound system speakers donot work but the front cab speakers can be heard throughout the Sunrader.
WHY WE ARE SELLING?
Marie is retiring and wanted to have a small motorhome to travel with. We traveled 1400 miles and she is not comfortable with the manual gear shifting, as she has only driven automatic. When this is sold, we will purchase a small motorhome with an automatic transmission.
