The factory AIS system causes excessive popping due to Air injected into the exhaust.
Use our "pop stop" CR106 to block off for testing or to leave in place over the read valve on the head to eliminate popping associated with this condition.
Simple 2 bolt install, fits without modification.
No HP loss, eliminates popping associated with AIS valve on decel or engine rev.
Our custom blockoff plate is also known as CR's  "pop stop".

Install instructions.
Remove 2 allen bolts to AIS cover  on rh side onhead using 5mm allen wrench. . Leave reed valve in place and place Pop Stop plate with dimple facing the hear and offset to the top. Tighten bolts. Use rubber cap on either the solenoid valve or on the fitting at the intake tube. The solenoid valve can be unplugged and removed without any negative impact.
