Korean War 1952 Folding Military Entrenching Shovel Pick, Original U.S. Issue

Up for auction is this U.S. Military entrenching tool.  It is marked "U.S. H-W 1952"  I tried to find out the H-W manufacturer but I didn't have any luck.  This tool is in perfect shape and can be a collectable or used as a tool.  The tool converts to a shovel or a pick or can be folded for storage.
