Authentic aluminum mooring cleat chock bollard ship boat tug nautical decor

Recently acquired along with some other nautical treasures from a local estate sale. . . From a 50 plus year collection of real - deal authentic items. . .
I don't know the manufacturer or the actual vintage of this item but it has the right look for nautical / maritime decor whether it be indoors or out. . .  Man cave, restaurant, landscaping, boat house, bar, etc. . .
The aluminum base was obviously once welded (likely) to an aluminum hull / ship / boat of some sort and then cut off to salvage this piece. . . So it is NOT a cheap decorative reproduction. . .   Weight is over 21#. . .
Ships via most economical at sellers discretion. . .  Will be packed with care in a box. . .

About 23" long x about 8" wide (bottom base) x about 9" tall. . . Top cylinder caps are about 6" in diameter. . .
