The Postmark Phuket is the old spelling " BHUKET"
It was a Double ring type
Posting with 3 stamps ( 4c Straits Settlements) on the letter
Note :  Malaysia people are also well know
Tongkha
as the Phuket.
Overall, the letter is in a very good condition with an inner letter.
It is absolute beauty of "hand writing".
My understanding, it is the "Tamil" Language
which is related to India , Sri Lang-ka and some part of Malaya as well.
